Ms. Chin Ee Yin graduated from Multimedia University in 2022 and completed her pupillage under the guidance of Mr. Jace Chong from Messrs. Phang & Partners. During the period of her pupillage, she was exposed mainly to conveyancing and probate matters. She was then called to the Malaysian Bar in 2023. 她开始从事产业与房地产相关的转让与项目开发，并代表发展商与个人客户处理各类买卖与银行交易。她于2023年加入本所成为合伙人，目前主要经手房地产、银行贷款、遗嘱撰写、不争议事务，包括遗嘱认证与管理以及共同申请离婚等。 她能以英语、马来语、华语与福建话提供服务。
